The Roma school area also includes the school units Vänge, Kräklingbo, Dalhem, and Endre, which are all F-6 schools. Students from these schools are bused to varying degrees for instruction in several subjects at Romaskolan.
Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a student assistant to work in grades F-3. You will be part of a team of dedicated and competent colleagues who recognize that collaboration around students' entire school day is essential for creating wholeness and security for both students and adults. We see that you work to support students' development in their learning and to develop students' social competence.
Your assignment is to work together with other staff at the after-school program to ensure that activities are conducted according to the curriculum. In collaboration with colleagues, you create engaging learning environments based on a clear and relational perspective. During the school day, you are largely involved as support in the classroom.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with student assistant training and good theoretical knowledge of child development, learning, and care needs.
You should want to contribute your pedagogical knowledge to us. We are looking for someone who is attentive, curious, and development-oriented. You take initiative, find it easy to collaborate, and create good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. It is advantageous if you have knowledge or training in special education. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
