Job Description: A Social Worker at the Citizens' Advice Bureau Pardubice, z. s. provides impartial, independent, free, and confidential services to users within citizens' advisory services, conducts interviews with users, records the progress of user interactions in the eQuip statistical program according to the record sheet structure, and participates in work meetings, training, and courses organized by the bureau or AOP. We require: - Minimum vocational (VOŠ) or university (VŠ) education with a social focus in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services; - Good communication skills, positive attitude; - Ability to work in a team and independently; - Reliability, criminal record clearance, responsibility; - Willingness for continuous professional development; - Creativity, flexibility, empathy; - Experience working in social services is welcome. We offer: - Work 6 hours/week in Přelouč (10 hours/week during training, partly in Pardubice); - Working hours according to the operating hours of Citizens' Advice Bureau Přelouč: Tuesday 9:00 – 15:00; - Independent, responsible, and creative work; - Opportunities for professional and personal development; - Team collaboration; Work Location: - Přelouč (partly Pardubice during training period).
