Manufacturing Technologist (m/f)
At RP Climbing, we manufacture climbing equipment and outdoor clothing under the OCÚN brand, and we are now filling the position of Manufacturing Technologist. We are looking for a technically-minded professional who will take responsibility for the efficiency of manufacturing processes. REQUIREMENTS: Secondary or higher education in a technical field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical documentation creation. Independence, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to find efficient solutions and propose improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES: Creation and management of technological and manufacturing documentation. Design and optimization of manufacturing processes with emphasis on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Establishment of manufacturing times and time standards. Creation of bills of materials and other documentation for production management. Preparation of documentation for product cost calculations. Selection and implementation of new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Collaboration in the selection and tracking of tools, fixtures, and auxiliary equipment. Recording of programs for sewing performance products. Recording of technological processes into internal systems. Monitoring of compliance with technological processes, technical standards, and internal regulations.
