Pedagogue Assistant/a - Night Shift
Educator Assistant at a Facility for Institutional and Protective Education We require education according to Law No. 563/2004 Coll., Law on Pedagogical Employees, § 20, subsection 2 (minimum apprenticeship + course for pedagogue assistants - studies may commence after employment begins). This is a position for an educator assistant working with at-risk youth (boys) on the night shift. We require a clean criminal record, ethical standards, creative and individualized approach to children, sensitivity, flexibility, ability to improvise, stress resilience, ability to cooperate with other pedagogical staff, willingness to engage in self-education and self-development, basic knowledge of PC and driving license operation. Salary range: 35,000,- Kč - 37,000,- Kč; upon hiring, a special allowance for neuropsychiatric strain is granted; after the probationary period ends, personal allowance is provided; night and weekend shift bonuses are also paid. Full-time employment for a definite period (3-month probationary period) with possibility of extension to an indefinite period.
