CNC Miller/Programmer

MONS CARBON s.r.o. is a stable Czech company specializing in precision CNC machining of metallic and non-ferrous materials. We work on both custom and series production and rely on a modern machine park, including a 5-axis Hermle center. We are looking for an experienced CNC miller/programmer for our team in Plzeň who will appreciate quality technical support, fair treatment, and a friendly team without unnecessary bureaucracy. Job Responsibilities Independent operation and setup of CNC milling centers (HEIDENHAIN). Preparation, correction, and fine-tuning of programs according to technical drawings. Tool setup, workpiece clamping, and monitoring of the machining process. Dimension control of manufactured parts using standard measuring tools. Work in a two-shift operation. Requirements Experience on CNC mills (custom or series production). Knowledge of the HEIDENHAIN system - an advantage, not a requirement (we are happy to train you). Ability to read technical and engineering drawings. Reliability, care, and responsible approach to quality. What We Offer Salary 35,000-65,000 Kč/month depending on experience + performance bonuses. Fair treatment and stable operations without corporate processes. Modern machine park (including 5-axis Hermle) and quality tools. Meal allowance of 90 Kč/day.
