Inspector
The position involves the following main activities: - Supervision of compliance with obligations established for professional operators and other persons in the area of protection against the introduction and spread of regulated pests, - Expert investigation upon suspicion of occurrence of regulated pests or in case of calamitous pest proliferation, - Monitoring and survey of pest occurrence, - Basic detection and diagnosis of pests, collection of official plant samples, plant products and other items, including their distribution to ÚKZÚZ laboratories, - Based on the results of phytosanitary supervision or phytosanitary inspection on-site, notification and justification of official measures including preparation of documentation for their written issuance, revocation or modification, - Preparation of documentation for proceedings on MRO, - Processing of documentation for proposals to initiate administrative proceedings on imposition of sanctions, - Partial actions necessary for recognition proceedings, or certification of seeds and seedlings, - Inspections of propagation crops, - Sampling of seeds and seedlings, - Controls of certified seeds and seedlings circulation, supplier and facility controls, collection of control samples, controls of authorized samplers and inspectors according to the established plan.
