Chef/Cook
We are looking for a skilled chef or cook for an established modern restaurant in Plzen who enjoys cooking honest Czech cuisine with a modern twist. We value quality ingredients, professional approach, and we give our chefs the opportunity to influence what we serve to our guests. The chef/cook actively participates in food preparation and kitchen operations. The role also includes collaboration on daily menu creation, weekend specials, and the permanent menu. You will work in a coordinated team of three chefs, an apprentice, and support staff who handle prep work and dishwashing. A modern, air-conditioned kitchen is available equipped with technologies such as induction cooktops, convection ovens, holding cabinets, and drawer refrigerators. Work is scheduled as short/long weeks (Mon-Thu 8:00-21:30, Fri 8:00-22:30, Sat-Sun 9:30-22:00). Do you have experience in gastronomy, enjoy cooking, and want to realize yourself in modern Czech cuisine? Then we are looking for you to join our team.
