With us, you are scheduled to work every other weekend, meaning three out of six weekends during a scheduling period. If you wish to work more than three weekends, you will receive 1000kr gross extra per worked shift. One work shift counts as one occasion, and in total you may work a maximum of four extra occasions. This applies as long as you are on a permanent employment contract. We do not have split shifts and reschedule every 6 weeks with a basic structure in place.
