Service Advisor Workshop

In your role as a Service Advisor Workshop, you are the key to success both in our customer relationships and in workshop performance. About the Position To succeed in this role, you need a great deal of commitment and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. As a person, you are values-driven and share our Mechanum culture. You are able to balance an operational day-to-day with varied tasks. You are involved in the entire customer cycle and actively work to support your colleagues where needed. One for all, all for one. You will be part of a workshop team together with additional service advisors and a workshop manager. As part of the team, you contribute to building routines and processes going forward and have the opportunity to be a major part of the team's development. About Mechanum Mechanum is an authorized car workshop that since its founding in 2008 has actively worked to change customers' perception of our industry by offering car service and damage repair at a quality and service level you have never experienced before. We are currently authorized for 15 brands. Mechanum has strong owners with long-term ambitions. To succeed, we need to recruit careful, service-oriented, and innovative people for our operations. Requirements • Willingness to develop • Class B driver's license • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written • Good computer skills Meriting Qualifications • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly at authorized workshops • Experience working with Automaster • Experience working with one of the brands we are authorized for Some of the benefits we offer: • Employee discount • Discount on gym and hotels • Wellness allowance • Corporate massage The position is full-time with placement in Partille and interviews will take place on a rolling basis.
