Recording of employment relationships, hires, changes, and terminations of employment. Processing of ELDP and other statutory records. Handling of sickness insurance, executions, and other wage deductions. Payroll processing for employees - Czech citizens and foreigners. Communication with clients and relevant institutions. Monitoring of legislative changes in the payroll area and their application in practice. Responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing. What we expect from you Minimum secondary education with a school-leaving certificate. Experience in payroll accounting of at least 1 year. Good knowledge of labor law, payroll, and tax legislation. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. Experience with at least one of the payroll or accounting software programs (e.g., ABRA Flexi, PAMICA, POHODA, Money S4, MRP).
