Sajab Vintage is one of Sweden's leading auction houses for vintage motorcycles, vintage cars, and collector vehicles. We connect individual classics to entire vehicle collections with a large international customer base, and we regularly organize auctions featuring motorcycles, cars, parts, and vehicle curiosities. At our company, history, craftsmanship, and passion for vehicles come together every day. We are now looking for a new team member for our customer reception and warehouse in Linghem, located outside Linköping! About the Position You will become part of our team and work with some of Sweden's finest vintage motorcycles. Your main responsibilities will be: Photograph motorcycles and vehicle parts for auction Receive and hand over motorcycles to sellers and buyers Customer service – answer phone calls and manage company emails Warehouse management Pick up and deliver motorcycles with company vehicles throughout Sweden (driver's license required) Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is practical and comfortable working with their hands, but also has strong computer skills. It's a plus if you have some photography experience. You are organized, thorough, and enjoy order and structure. A big plus if you have an interest in or previous experience with motorcycle handling. This will help you quickly get up to speed and understand our products. We would appreciate if you: Are practical and enjoy varied tasks Are comfortable communicating in English Have a driver's license (category B) Are service-oriented and communicative, both on the phone and via email and computer Have an interest in vehicles – a plus but not a requirement Scope and Employment Type The position is initially at 75%, with the possibility of full-time work. We would prefer a full-time solution from March to November, but we are open to different proposals regarding hours and arrangements – reach out and we will find a solution that works for both of us. Seasonal work may also be of interest. The workplace is based in Linghem outside Linköping Application The position will be filled on a rolling basis, and interviews will be held continuously from the beginning of August. Applications will be reviewed after summer, and responses will be sent out in early August.
