Job Duties: The work is divided between cleaning the HalfPrice store and cleaning common areas of the OC Nisa Liberec shopping mall: - Daily cleaning of the HalfPrice store (approximately 1.5 hours during shift). - Cleaning of sales floor, back areas, and restrooms according to established standards. - Cleaning of common areas of the shopping mall - corridors, entrance areas, restrooms, dining area, and adjacent spaces. - Floor washing, surface wiping, and maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas. - Operating professional floor cleaning equipment for shopping mall floor cleaning. - Replenishing sanitary supplies as needed. - Maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable environment for shopping mall visitors. Requirements: - Reliability and responsible approach to work. - Attention to detail and sense of order. - Independence and proactive approach to completing work tasks. - Pleasant demeanor. - Experience with cleaning or operating floor cleaning equipment is an advantage, not a requirement. - We are happy to train candidates without prior experience - reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to work are more important to us than experience. Work Schedule: - Full-time employment. - 25 hours per week. - Shift-based operations according to shift schedule. - Working hours Monday-Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
