Retail Sales Associate 25 hours/week

About the Position We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate for 25 hours/week. About Us We are an established shoe store in Lerum looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee. We offer a wide selection of shoes for the whole family and always strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. About the Role Your responsibilities will include: Sales and personal customer service Cashier work Unpacking and inventory management Merchandising and maintaining store organization Other duties related to daily store operations This is a temporary position of approximately 25 hours per week. Work hours are during the store's regular opening times and include work on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Our Regular Store Hours Weekdays 10:00–19:00 Saturdays 10:00–16:00 Sundays 11:00–16:00 Planned start week 34, but interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. For us, finding the right person is more important than filling the position as quickly as possible. About You You enjoy customer service and working with people. You are self-motivated, confident in customer interactions, and experienced in taking responsibility. You are organized and meticulous, you see what needs to be done and aren't afraid to jump in when needed. You have previous experience in retail, commerce, and service. You love shoes!
