Fria is the market leader in the Nordic region for gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free bakery products. Fria Bröd bakes its breads according to a unique recipe. All Fria products are fresh-frozen. Your Responsibilities As a maintenance and operations technician at Fria Bröd, you will focus on preventive maintenance as well as corrective maintenance of the bakery's machinery and associated production equipment. Your work also includes performing various technical improvement and modification projects. You will work alongside the operators, where your technical expertise and experience contribute to as safe and trouble-free production as possible. To succeed in this role, you need broad mechanical and electrical technical competence and solid experience in mechanical and machine electrical troubleshooting. As a person, you need to be both humble and solution-oriented, with good communication and collaboration skills. It is a merit if you have education or experience in food production. This position involves Friday evening shifts from 14:00-22:00. Your Profile Desired Competencies: - Background as a technician/mechanic with electrical expertise - Strong experience in mechanical troubleshooting of machinery and production equipment - Strong experience in systematic troubleshooting, ability to read electrical schematics, and experience with electrical measurement and troubleshooting - Experience with mechanical and machine electrical repair work - Some experience with welding work - Genuine technical interest - Computer skills in the Office suite - Swedish and English in speech and writing - Forklift certification desirable Our customer maintains a positive and opportunity-focused atmosphere in the company.
