Brand Marketing Specialist

Gandalf Distribution AB is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist for our office in Göteborg Do you want to help shape how our brands are seen and perceived in the Nordic market? We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist for our Brand Acceleration Team – a role with a strong focus on social media, with a focus on influencer marketing and brand development. About the Role As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be part of our work within the Procurement department, where you and the team develop our strategic suppliers' brands in the Nordic market. The role is broad but has a clear focus on social media and influencer marketing, where you work both strategically and operationally to build and strengthen our brands digitally. You will be operationally responsible for marketing materials related to selected suppliers' brands and drive their presence on social media – from organic content to advertising and collaborations with influencers. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external creatives. Your responsibilities will include: ● Create, plan, and publish organic content for social media ● Work with influencer marketing – from identification and outreach to briefing, collaboration, and follow-up ● Create, set up, manage, and optimize META (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ads ● Graphically refine and adapt materials from our manufacturers for the Nordic market ● Create and improve brand online A+ content ● Produce marketing and product copy ● Find smart and effective ways to market brands' products and increase local brand awareness We are Looking for Someone Who: ● Has strong self-motivation and initiative ● Has ambition to develop and a curious attitude toward learning new things ● Has experience working with influencers – e.g., identification, outreach, briefing or follow-up on collaborations (required) ● Has experience with social media and content creation ● Has experience refining graphic materials into publication-ready materials such as banners, websites (A+ content), posters, etc. ● Has communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written ● Has experience with the Office suite and Adobe Suite We Would Also Appreciate: ● Education in graphic design, marketing, media – or equivalent work experience Meriting: ● Experience with paid advertising on META (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ● Experience with E-commerce (publishing, content creation & copywriting) ● Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages besides Swedish We offer you a very exciting and developmental position in a company that constantly strives forward.
