We're looking for a new colleague for the role of Retail Sales Associate who wants to join us on our journey to becoming the most beloved destination for Scandinavian design and lifestyle. About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary mission is to create a first-class customer experience in every interaction. You are an important part of the store's public face and work actively with sales, service, and inspiration to help our customers find the right solutions for their homes. You'll become part of an engaged team where we support each other, take responsibility, and create results together. The role suits you if you're self-driven, take your own initiative, and enjoy being active on the sales floor, even when the pace is high. Your main responsibilities include… Greeting, assisting, and inspiring our customers with professional and personal service Guiding customers through our range based on their needs and wishes Working proactively on sales and contributing to the store's results Ensuring an attractive and welcoming store through unpacking, pricing, and merchandising Taking responsibility for keeping the store organized and running smoothly in daily operations About You To thrive in this role, we see that you have a genuine interest in service and sales and enjoy taking responsibility in your work. You are confident in customer interactions, have a professional approach, and dare to make your own decisions in everyday situations.
