Job Responsibilities: • Coordinating restoration work ensuring the renewal of movable collections in the restoration workshops of the territorial heritage office in Ústí nad Labem (hereinafter referred to as ÚPS), including providing appropriate administrative support in accordance with the State Heritage Care Act, • Long-term building of qualified personnel teams in restoration workshops: locations in Ďáblice, Kutná Hora, • Ensuring proper professional care of the central depository of ÚPS in Kutná Hora in compliance with heritage, fire safety, security, and climate standards, • Ensuring the process of gradual revitalization and improvement of the condition of existing depositories in ÚPS-managed facilities, • Proposing and implementing suitable depository furniture installation in cooperation with ÚPS facility management, • Activities as a climatologist: monitoring and measuring microclimate parameters in ÚPS-managed facilities (remote monitoring, operational measurements), • Inspection and preventive conservation and prevention of damage to movable collections from inappropriate environmental conditions, • Proposing technical measures to improve the condition of depositories and spaces in ÚPS-managed facilities with movable collections, including spaces that are part of visitor routes, • Providing methodological assistance to depository managers and facility managers within ÚPS, • Close cooperation with individual organizational units of ÚPS (managed facilities, Department of Cultural Heritage Management and Presentation, Movable Collections Management Division, Presentation, Installation and Exhibitions Division), Requirements: • University degree (preferably in natural sciences, conservation, or technical fields), • Organizational skills, teamwork orientation, experience leading work teams, • Experience in collection management or movable heritage administration, • Knowledge of the State Heritage Care Act, the Act on Czech Republic Property, and the Act on Protection of Museum Collections, • PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), • Group B driver's license (active driver), • Independence, responsibility, initiative, attention to detail, • Criminal and moral integrity (confirmed by criminal record extract upon hire).
