The Administrator Role In your role as administrator, you will have a central and varied position with responsibility for creating order, structure, and efficient administrative workflows within the project. You will work closely with both internal functions and external subcontractors. The role has many contact and collaboration points; there is another administrator in the project with whom you will work closely. You are often one of the first people our new project members meet, and you understand the importance of giving them a warm welcome to the workplace. Your work tasks will vary depending on the project's needs and include: Support onboarding of new employees (internal and external). Registration of new personnel and ongoing updates of the project's personnel register. Verify that new personnel have the correct authorizations. Review of subcontractors in Infobric – verification of companies, authorizations, and that all requirements are met. Work in digital systems, such as Infobric and SSG. Ensure that site establishment functions properly and that everything needed is in place. Report defects and follow up when necessary. Assist in coordinating contractor housing for project members. Conduct purchases for the workplace, such as office supplies, consumables, refreshments, and similar items. Order IT equipment and help get it operational. Coordinate conferences and events. Structured and clear verbal communication, both individually and to groups. Prioritization of work tasks in an environment where pace and workload can vary. Your Profile as Administrator You work confidently and independently in digital systems, combine strong service focus with organization and structure, and have the ability to communicate clearly regardless of whether your audience is individuals or larger groups. The role suits you if you thrive in a varied day-to-day environment where administration, communication, and safety work go hand in hand. We are looking for you with secondary education in a relevant field, preferably supplemented with further training in administration. You have at least one year of experience from similar work tasks; if you have worked in the construction industry, that is a merit.
