Primary Care Center Klippan is a medium-sized primary care center with approximately 8,000 listed patients and a complete commitment according to Health Choice. With us, there is a base of specialists in general medicine as well as ST and AT doctors under continuous training. We have a child health center included in a family center, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, dietitian, district nurse clinic and several nurse-led specialty clinics such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, osteoporosis/infusion, incontinence and hypertension clinics. In our rehabilitation department, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, curator and psychologist collaborate. All these activities and competencies are gathered under one and the same roof, which contributes to both the breadth of our offering and good development opportunities for our employees. WORK DUTIES As a curator with us, you will become part of a cohesive team where everyone is given the opportunity to work based on their competence and with great freedom in their assignment. You work independently, but also in close collaboration with a psychologist and other professionals at the primary care center to create the best possible care and security for our patients. The work includes conducting psychosocial assessments, offering treatment and holding supportive conversations, with a focus on seeing the person as a whole and in their context. There is also the opportunity to work with group activities of various kinds. If you have training in CBT step 1, there is an opportunity to work with internet-based CBT as a complement to traditional treatment. The primary care center has been working with team rounds for several years where all professions participate, a working method that creates good conditions for collaboration and support in daily work. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you have a degree in social work. If you are a licensed healthcare curator, it is a requirement that you have knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. For other applicants, good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is required. It is advantageous if you have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) corresponding to step 1. We would also like to see that you have experience with therapeutic conversations and work in primary care. Experience with collaboration with municipalities and other external stakeholders is also advantageous. As a person, you are confident in yourself and in your professional role and have a genuine interest in people. You work with a patient focus, have good collaboration skills and contribute to a good work environment. Furthermore, you are flexible, responsible and thrive in an operation where workdays can vary.
