About Us NAĎEJE is a national non-profit organization operating throughout the Czech Republic, providing assistance to people in need since 1990. In Klášterec nad Ohří at Osvobozená 556, we provide services including a shelter, low-threshold day center, and night shelter. We are looking to strengthen our maintenance team here. What We're Looking For We are seeking a new colleague for the position of maintenance worker who will perform minor repairs, technical maintenance of interior and exterior spaces, including painting, small construction and cleaning work, care of equipment technical condition, assistance with minor renovations, and ensuring basic maintenance of outdoor areas. Requirements • practical experience with maintenance work • manual dexterity, reliability, and independence • physical fitness • responsible approach to work • category B driver's license • time flexibility • social sensitivity • criminal background check clearance.
