About the client and workplace We are now seeking a personal assistant for a 22-year-old man who lives in Tungelsta. He has autism combined with a physical disability and needs personal assistance for his daily life to function. The client has a strong interest in video games, and it would be an advantage if you as an assistant share this interest, as it can contribute to natural communication and a good relationship in daily life. As an assistant, you will become an important part in enabling both his everyday routines and leisure interests. Work tasks include help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, and communication. Communication is handled in an individualized way, and you and the client will together find working strategies for daily life. The work requires presence, patience, and the ability to create security and structure.
