Job Description As a diabetes nurse with us, you'll have varied work where you both meet patients at our nurse clinic and run your own diabetes clinic. The role includes typical clinic tasks such as health checks, vaccinations, wound care, medication management, and telephone advice. At the diabetes clinic, you provide individually tailored counseling, education, and support to patients with diabetes. You have independent responsibility for, among other things, scheduling appointments, sending notices, follow-ups and treatment assessment, as well as ordering diabetes aids. Who Are You? We're looking for you—a competent and positive district nurse with further education in diabetes care. If you have previous experience from primary care, this is highly valued. You're responsible and have a good ability to collaborate as well as make independent decisions. We appreciate that you bring new ideas and engage in developing the business.
