Job Responsibilities: - Serving guests at banquets, receptions, conferences, and social events - Table preparation and setting - Preparation of spaces and technical equipment - Ongoing cleaning and space preparation during events - Clearing inventory after event completion - Collaboration with event coordinator We are looking for someone who: - Has vocational training in the field, experience in gastronomy or hospitality operations, experience in gastronomy is an advantage but not a requirement - Has good organizational and communication skills, active interest in guest satisfaction, pleasant appearance and demeanor - Is reliable, careful, responsible, and time-flexible - Is independent and able to work as part of a team - Is willing to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays - Communicates in English, Russian (or German) - Has a positive attitude and enthusiasm for work We Offer: - Modern work environment and stable employment in a spa hotel in the center of the city - Full-time permanent employment contract - Work with unevenly distributed working hours - Entry-level gross basic salary 28,000 Kč per month. You are entitled to all statutory allowances. After the training period, you will receive personal compensation up to 3,000 Kč per month. We also provide incentive bonuses, extraordinary bonuses, and quarterly bonuses. On average, after the training period you can earn up to around 36,000 Kč net.
