Commercial Project Manager/Business Development Manager (Salary 40,000 Kč + Commission)

We are looking for a productive sales professional to join our successful company operating in the cleaning services segment. If you have the aptitude for successful sales and excel at building new business relationships, you are the right candidate. We will entrust the successful candidate with: - proactively seeking new business opportunities in the cleaning services segment - offering our wide portfolio of services - preparing commercial proposals and calculations - negotiating and closing business contracts that will lead to building long-term customer relationships - close collaboration with colleagues from other departments of the company - participation in business meetings and training sessions at the company headquarters in Ostrava Profile of the ideal candidate: - completed secondary education with diploma (maturita) - demonstrable experience in selling services - excellent communication and negotiation skills - good command of MS Excel - high degree of responsibility and independence - active driver (category B) and willing to travel not only across your assigned region but also throughout the Czech Republic - understands that service sales can be a long-term commitment, unlike direct product sales We are ready to provide you with: - team support and training in the field - we know that nobody is born with all the knowledge - attractive unlimited commissions - meal vouchers (meal card) - 5 weeks of vacation, sick days - flexible working hours - possibility of occasional work from home, which is common for this position - the position standardly includes: mobile phone, notebook, company car (for business purposes) - internal and external training (professional courses, sales skills, and more) - twice a year we organize company social or sports events so you can get to know your colleagues outside of the work environment Place of work: Moravia / Bohemia Start date: ideally immediately / by agreement
