Project Technician / Technical Specialist (m/f)
Job Responsibilities: - Preparation and management of complete permit processes for medium and large-scale energy projects (solar farms, wind farms, and others as applicable). - Coordination of activities with project designers, relevant authorities (DESÚ, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, ŘLP, ÚCL, building authority, regional authority, etc.), landowners, and other stakeholders in proceedings. - Monitoring project status, communicating with technical team colleagues and external partners. - Ensuring technical documentation and materials for individual preparation phases (collaboration with surveyors, designers, specialists - e.g., dendrology). - Personal participation in meetings and follow-up communication with other company departments (back office, sales team). - Work in community energy sector with close collaboration with municipalities. We Expect: - Experience with project permitting or relevant practice in construction / energy sector (medium and large-scale projects advantageous) or the ability to quickly master the subject matter. - Knowledge of legislation related to construction and energy processes (Territorial Development Principles, EIA, unified environmental assessment - advantageous, not required). - Good understanding of technical drawings and map materials. - Knowledge of AutoCAD software. - Ability to independently manage tasks and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously. - Reliability, independence, and active work approach. - Class B driver's license.
