The Role As a sales / AM with us, you drive the entire business: from prospecting and first contact to needs analysis, solution packaging and follow-up. You work closely with delivery / recruitment and create impact for the customer – not just a closure. Here you will be challenged but also gain enormous experience Your Responsibilities Build and develop your own B2B customer portfolio Prospect and book meetings via phone, email, LinkedIn and networking Conduct needs analysis and present customized solutions Negotiate and enter into agreements in collaboration with the team Follow up results and ensure satisfied, returning customers Work data-driven with pipeline, CRM and clear activity targets Who You Are Thriving in a fast pace and taking responsibility from first contact to deal Communicative, attentive and trustworthy Comfortable with new customer development and relationship building Swedish and English in speech and writing (additional languages are a plus) Driver's license category B is a merit but not a requirement We Offer Great personal responsibility and short decision-making processes Strong delivery team that enables you to deliver on your promises Opportunity to influence offerings, processes and growth A considerate team where we help each other succeed Practical Details Working hours: weekdays - at the office Location: Gothenburg (travel required)
