Your responsibilities include: • Proactively maintain and optimize the manufacturing flow and manufacturing processes • Support the analysis of key metrics and provide improvement suggestions • Ensure that new processes and new techniques can be handled by operators • Handle failures related to the manufacturing process • Execute project tasks such as creating and maintaining process plans, routings, instructions, managing deviations, and other project assignments • Provide some support to our operators • Participate in operational meetings, follow-ups, and management of activities initiated from these Your Profile We are looking for someone with: • Relevant university degree – BSc or MSc, preferably in Production Engineering or similar • At least a few years of experience as a production technician • Experience and energy for collaborating at the interface between design and production • Experience working in process-driven environments and the ability to challenge and improve these processes • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify measures and activities • Good ability to understand and express yourself in English and Swedish Previous experience with our business system IFS is a merit. Good communication skills are essential in daily work as personal meetings are a central part of the role. You are curious, positive, and can plan your work based on business needs. You are also able to manage yourself to achieve a healthy and sustainable workload and support others in this when needed.
