Professional training and prior experience in the field are not required—we are happy to train the right candidate ourselves. What matters most is that you have a genuine love for flowers and enjoy working with them as more than just a job. Requirements: We are looking for truly responsible candidates who are comfortable working at a fast pace and are not afraid of hard work. The position offers above-standard compensation, with salary dependent on performance.
