Fleet Manager

Position: Fleet Manager Start Date: August 5, 2026, Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 CZK Work Location: Drásov 201 Contact: Valtrová Vendula, e-mail: [email protected] Job Requirements: - Minimum secondary education - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed - Attention to detail, conscientiousness, reliability, and independence - Ability to communicate in English for routine work matters, both verbally and in writing - Willingness to continuously learn and acquire new knowledge - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel - Class B driver's license - Experience in aviation, technical operations, or care for demanding clients is advantageous Job Responsibilities: - Provide daily support to pilots and crews and coordinate solutions to their requests - Communicate with aircraft owners, their representatives, and various company departments - Monitor and update avionics databases on all fleet aircraft (Piper, Pilatus) - Communicate with airport handling companies regarding hangar space, aircraft access, and required ground services - Communicate across the company regarding fleet status (scheduled maintenance dates and AOG) - Purchase and replenish aircraft equipment and supplies - Organize handover of aircraft for maintenance and their acceptance upon completion - Coordinate cleaning of aircraft interiors and exteriors, communicate with service providers, and inspect completed work - Monitor validity of documents required for aircraft operations - Purchase and replenish catering supplies - Approve invoices and prepare regular reports - Regular travel between Prague and Příbram We Offer: - Stable and promising environment of a Czech aviation company with a long-standing tradition and international clientele - Interesting and varied work in the private aviation sector - Corporate, sports, and family events - Friendly team - Opportunities for professional growth and further training - Full-time position (40 hours per week), 5 weeks of vacation - Meal voucher allowance - Company vehicle for business purposes - Pluxee benefits card
