Project Team Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented colleague to join our team responsible for implementing new products into our product range. You will provide administrative and organizational support for projects. Your main tasks will include working with product data and documentation, coordinating individual tasks and deadlines, and maintaining ongoing communication with colleagues across various departments. What will your responsibilities include? • Coordinating tasks and deadlines between individual departments, • Managing documentation and materials in internal systems, • Recording samples, certificates, and product data, • Preparing meeting minutes and monitoring completion of agreed tasks, • Updating project overviews, • Communicating with colleagues across the company, • Checking completeness of materials and alerting to missing information or approaching deadlines. What do we expect from you? • Attention to detail, consistency, and systematic approach, • Good organizational skills, • Independence and reliability, • User-level knowledge of PC work, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word, • Ability to manage large volumes of information and tasks, • Willingness to learn new things, • Knowledge of English is an advantage, • Experience with project administration, product administration, or similar position is an advantage. What do we offer? • Part-time position 20 hours per week, • Salary without experience – 17 000 Kč monthly, with experience – by agreement, • Possibility of individualized work arrangement, • Support of a stable Czech company, • Stable work environment and appropriate financial compensation, • Company benefits (meals in our own cafeteria at subsidized prices, 5 weeks of vacation, annual salary increases, semi-annual and annual bonuses, etc.), • Fixed-term employment contract with a 3-month probation period, possibility of indefinite contract after training.
