Finishing Department Worker - Packer (M/F) / Part-Time 4-6 hours/week

WHAT YOU'LL DO? - Packaging laminate products: your main responsibility will be carefully packaging laminate products according to approved packaging procedures. Proper packaging is critical for product protection and ensuring safe handling and shipping. - Finalizing laminate products: you will perform finishing operations related to product finalization. The focus will be on precision, careful execution, and adherence to established procedures so that each piece meets required quality standards. - Meeting production plans: your work will be key to timely achievement of production targets. Thanks to your care and responsible approach, production will run smoothly and efficiently. - Following technical documentation: during work you will use precisely prescribed fixtures according to technical documentation, ensuring optimal technological processes. - Self-inspection: you will regularly check your work to ensure quality meets required standards. Your attention to detail will contribute to a flawless production process. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU? - Manual dexterity and physical fitness: do you have skilled hands, strength, and willingness to work? Your skills and precision will truly shine with us! (Unfortunately, the work involves heavy loads and is not suitable for women.) - Experience with grinding - an advantage, not a requirement: if you have experience with grinding, polishing, or buffing, great! But if not, don't worry - we'll be happy to train you on-site. All you need is some hands-on experience with manual work in production. - Willingness to learn and develop skills: do you have an open mind, desire to learn new techniques and procedures? You can learn something new every day. - Part-time work: are you flexible and willing to work part-time on a single-shift schedule (4-6 hours)?
