Administrative Worker

Work location: Obrněné brigády 20/20, 350 02 Cheb. Fixed-term employment (1 year) - extension possible thereafter. Start date available immediately. Suitable for persons with health disadvantages. Job description: we are looking for a reliable administrative worker to help us with the daily operation of our office, communication with customers, documents and basic order administration; we operate in the field of electrical installations, photovoltaics, heat pumps and technical installations; preparation of forms, documents and simple materials, filing, recording and storage of documents, communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues, entering and monitoring payments, invoice records, handling phone calls, responding to emails, administration related to orders, other administrative work according to current requirements. We require: attention to detail, independence, ability to organize your work, reliability, responsible approach, knowledge of PC work (Word, Excel), ability to independently solve routine administrative tasks, pleasant communication with customers, willingness to learn new things, sense of order in documents and deadlines.
