Municipal Police Officer

The City of Cheb seeks to hire a Municipal Police Officer for the Cheb Municipal Police. Position Type: Municipal Police Officer Salary Grade: 5 - 8 Work Location: administrative district of the municipality with extended jurisdiction Cheb Start Date: by agreement Employment: indefinite term Work Hours: day shift 7:00-19:00 h, night shift 19:00-7:00 h (Saturday and Sunday service). Requirements: Pursuant to § 4 of Czech National Council Act No. 553/1991 Coll., a person may serve as a municipal police officer if they are a Czech citizen who: - has a clean criminal record - is reliable - is older than 18 years of age - is in good health - has completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination (maturita). Additionally required: - knowledge of Act No. 553/1991 Coll. - knowledge of the Municipalities Act No. 128/2000 Coll. - valid driver's license category B - physical fitness - basic computer skills - basic knowledge of German or English.
