What do we expect from you? • technical thinking and enthusiasm for working with lighting and stage equipment, • independence, reliability, and a responsible approach, • ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues across theater operations, • willingness to work according to theater schedule, including evenings and weekends, • desire to learn new technologies and methods, • responsible approach to workplace safety. Experience with lighting technology is an advantage; theater experience is not required.
