We are looking for a friendly person for the position of supervisor in a sheltered workshop operation who has experience managing a team of approximately 15 employees. You will be responsible for organizing work and leading a team of employees with disabilities, while also participating in workshop operations. Employees perform simple manual assembly work and product completion. Working hours: Monday–Friday, single shift. We require technical thinking, attention to detail, independence, and communication skills with employees. Due to the nature of the work, this position is more suitable for men.
