Operations Unit Manager – Municipal Primary Care

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a unit manager within Municipal Primary Care, you will have shared leadership with the current Rehabilitation Manager. Together you will lead the municipal primary care forward, with a focus on quality, development, and staff wellbeing. You contribute to a present, coaching, and development-oriented leadership where you: Support daily management and operations management Contribute to creating participation, engagement, and job satisfaction in the team Drive and participate in development and improvement work Work closely with multidisciplinary teams Your responsibilities include: Implementing working methods, structures, and procedures Contribute to formulating, anchoring, and following up on goals Create consensus and good cooperation in the organization Contribute to structure, quality, and balanced finances We offer you more than just a job – here you get an opportunity to both grow and make a difference.
