Since spring 2021, activities within care and social services have been organized in a municipally owned company, Omsorg i Bjuv AB, which on behalf of the administration shall work to promote health and prevent illness so that the residents who need our services can live a dignified life and experience well-being. The company is still in its infancy, which is why we're looking for you who are interested in being part of shaping its continued development.

JOB DUTIES
You work actively in the work group providing support services for users, such as activities, cleaning, laundry, meals, and personal assistance as well as physical care. The assignment includes medication management and health and medical care services (HSL) according to delegation from health and medical personnel. You shall follow established implementation plans and job descriptions and
be able to document social documentation as part of ensuring the quality of the operations. We work according to pedagogical methods and shared approaches.
Support is designed based on the user's needs and wishes with a focus on participation and self-determination.
The employment level is 75% and includes overnight solo shifts and weekend service.
QUALIFICATIONS
• You are educated as a nursing assistant or have GPU/PPU.
• Experience working with persons with autism and intellectual disabilities within LSS.
• Experience supporting persons with mental disabilities or other psychiatric diagnoses as well as somatic conditions.
• You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You must have a driver's license.
• You must have computer skills.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Indefinite.
To be eligible for employment at Omsorg i Bjuv AB, Bjuv Municipality, a certificate from the police criminal record register must be presented. The register certificate is presented first upon receipt of a job offer.
