We have just over 65 staff members at the school—teachers in school and at the after-school center, support staff, and special educators. The school has a beautiful school library with a librarian who manages lending and can provide literature recommendations. The school is located in a nature area with proximity to both forest and large green spaces, and our facilities are connected to a swimming hall and gymnasium. The schoolyard encourages movement and play with a multiarena offering multiple activities, climbing structures, and a football field. We use the learning platform InfoMentor. 1 position(s). DUTIES One of our grade 1 teachers will be on parental leave on Thursdays and Fridays during the fall term. We're now looking for you—someone skilled in reading and writing instruction as well as early mathematics. It's important that you participate in shaping the group and can create a pleasant atmosphere, security, and good working order. In addition, there is the possibility of additional day(s) with teaching and substitute work as needed. We value that you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and school leadership and can build trusting relationships with guardians. You plan instruction together with your colleagues, supervise recess, and eat meals pedagogically with your students. QUALIFICATIONS Certified teacher for grades 1-3 Educated and certified teacher for the primary grades with expertise in reading and writing instruction and early mathematics instruction. We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the posting period ends. Employment Type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-08-06 or by agreement.
