Water Supply and Sewerage Operations Technician (m/f)

Additional Details: We are looking for a team member to help ensure smooth operation of water supply and sewerage systems. JOB DUTIES: • Ensure continuous operation of water supply and sewerage networks • Ensure compliance with sewerage regulations, wastewater treatment plant operating regulations, and water supply operating regulations • Perform technical, maintenance, and installation work on water supply and sewerage networks and facilities • Ensure continuous operation of wastewater treatment plants • Monitor the correct functioning of treatment technology and conduct inspections of the technical condition of wastewater treatment plant equipment • Maintain and service machinery and equipment and maintain associated documentation • Sampling of wastewater and drinking water REQUIREMENTS: • Secondary technical education (construction, water management, chemical, or electrical) • Knowledge of water laws, water supply and sewerage regulations, and related legal requirements Knowledge of processes related to water extraction, treatment, and transport Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes • Ability to interpret drinking water analysis data • Ability to interpret wastewater analysis data • Ability to read and understand maps - The above is beneficial but not mandatory - training provided • PC skills (MS Office) • Industry experience is a plus • Driver's license category B, active driver • Communication skills, work ethic, attention to detail, and flexibility Employee Benefits: 5 weeks of vacation, sick days, pension/life insurance contribution, sports/culture/leisure activity contribution, meal allowance
