Service Technician

Service Technician We are now seeking a Service Technician with experience in industrial service work and an interest in technical equipment. Svetsteknik is a welding shop that operates primarily in western Sweden with a workshop and office in Askim. We supply welding machines and equipment to a large number of customers throughout western Sweden. We currently have 10 employees. At Svetsteknik, you will perform service and warranty work on the market's leading manufacturers of welding equipment, both in our workshop and on-site at our customers' locations. We also perform calibrations and inspections of welding equipment on behalf of our customers. You will also be involved in our rental fleet operations, which consists of machines and equipment for lease to industry. You will become part of a family-owned company with 80 years of experience in the Swedish welding industry. Primary Responsibilities Service and repairs of machines and related equipment primarily within welding. Assembly of welding machines. Perform calibrations and service on-site at customer locations. Handling of outgoing and incoming machines in our rental fleet. Provide technical advice to our sales team and customers. Work closely with colleagues in sales, technical, and service departments. We are Looking for You Have experience in industrial maintenance work. Interest in electronics and technical equipment. Are social, communicative, and service-oriented. Are self-driven and take responsibility for your work. Have a structured work approach and strong collaboration skills. Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Hold a valid driver's license (Category B). Desirable Qualifications Experience in industrial welding. Experience repairing welding equipment. We Offer A position in a future-secure industry.
