About the Role As a Senior Robotics Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain software for advanced robotic systems – from low-level control to higher levels of autonomy and intelligence. You will, among other things: • Develop robust, production-ready software for robotic platforms. • Implement and optimize algorithms for perception, navigation, and control. • Integrate software with hardware and third-party platforms. • Contribute to the development of next-generation AI, Embodied AI, and AGI solutions. • Work with simulations, testing, and verification in real-world environments. • Collaborate closely with AI, electronics, and mechanics teams to create complete robotic systems. • Be a technical mentor for colleagues and contribute to architecture, code reviews, and technical decisions. • Ensure high quality, safety, and reliability in our solutions. We're Looking for You With: • Strong foundation in computer science and software development. • Several years of experience developing advanced software systems, preferably in robotics. • Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP). • Experience with ROS/ROS2, real-time systems, perception, navigation, or robot control. • Very good skills in C++ and Python. • Experience with Git, version control, and modern CI/CD workflows. • Experience integrating software with robot or hardware platforms. • Experience in backend development, APIs, or cloud services is a plus. • Good communication skills and comfortable working in cross-functional teams. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. • Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent industrial experience is strongly preferred.
