Customer Service Operator Full-time position Gross salary 1162,00 EUR per month. Work location: Pļaviņas. Requirements for candidates: • Secondary, secondary professional, or vocational education. • Experience in performing similar job duties for at least one year. • Knowledge of the Residential Building Management Law, Apartment Property Law, and other regulatory acts related to the industry. • High sense of responsibility, ability to independently plan work and make decisions. • Good communication skills. • Good computer skills. • Required fluent knowledge of Latvian language, ability to express oneself clearly and correctly both orally and in writing, as well as ability to prepare high-quality documents and texts. Main responsibilities: • Assist the real estate manager in performing daily job duties and tasks related to property management. • Property administration: Documentation systematization in both paper and digital format in accordance with the Residential Building Management Law. • Work in the Construction Information System: Digitalization of property records. • Cooperation with multi-apartment building residents and apartment owner associations. • Coordination of residents' submissions, inquiries, and problem situations, preparation of responses. • Maintain and keep internal documentation registers.
