Head of Brand & Growth
Do you want to build a brand from the ground up and watch it grow for real? Heyli is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Brand & Growth who wants to be part of building the next phase of our brand. We already have what matters most: a product we truly believe in, fantastic customer experiences, and references that make us both proud and humble. Now we need more people to discover us. That's why we're looking for you—someone who can combine brand building with commercial power. You should help us create a strong, clear, and sustainable Heyli, but also understand how marketing actually drives all the way to a booking. Your Mission You'll have significant responsibility for developing Heyli's marketing, brand, and growth. You will, among other things: • develop Heyli's positioning, messaging, and brand strategy • create a clear market and growth plan • identify which target audiences we should prioritize and how best to reach them • develop our presence and communication in relevant digital channels • work with content, PR, partnerships, influencers, and other creative ways to build awareness • develop campaigns that drive traffic and bookings • measure what actually works, from reach and leads to conversion and bookings • find new partnerships and commercial opportunities that can accelerate Heyli's growth. But most of all, we want you to come with ideas. We're not looking for someone who waits for a finished marketing plan. We're looking for someone who wants to help create it and then deliver results. Who do we think you are? You're both strategic and action-oriented. You enjoy thinking about brand, positioning, and customer journey, but you're just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You understand digital marketing and how to build a brand in today's media landscape. You're curious about data and conversion, but you also know that strong brands are built through emotions, stories, and extraordinary customer experiences. Maybe you've worked with a startup, wellness, health, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand. Maybe you come from an agency background and are eager to build a brand for real. Exact job title and years of experience on your CV matter less to us than what you've built, what results you've created, and what you think Heyli could become. A Role That Grows With Results The position starts part-time, with a clear ambition to expand the scope as delivery, growth, and Heyli's development increase. We're therefore looking for someone who is attracted to the opportunity to come in early, take significant ownership, and help create the conditions for the role to grow. The more we succeed together, the bigger the role can become. This is the Opportunity Heyli is at an exciting stage. The product exists. The customer experience exists. The references exist. Now we need to build the brand, create demand, and get significantly more people to discover and book Heyli. And we're looking for someone who wants to make that journey with us. When you apply, we'd love for you to tell us: What would you do during your first 90 days to get more people to discover, understand, and book Heyli? Please share a few lines about yourself, your LinkedIn profile, and examples of brands, campaigns, or projects you've worked on. We look forward to hearing your ideas.

In consultation with the projects' technical support, you are responsible for strategic decisions on construction-technical matters affecting projects within various programs—that is, Svenska kraftnät's project portfolios for facility projects. The focus is primarily on transmission issues, but the role also covers land, foundation, and buildability matters. You are responsible for the handover to construction managers within transmission and land/foundation ahead of construction start and work closely with unit team leaders responsible for resource allocation. The role therefore requires broad expertise and understanding of overarching issues, particularly in transmission, but also in land and foundation. The construction manager role at Svenska kraftnät is divided into two areas of expertise: transmission and land/foundation. While construction managers normally work to monitor contractors' work on the construction site and ensure that overhead lines are built according to guidelines and contracts, construction managers in the early stages focus on the time before construction start. Work is conducted primarily from Svenska kraftnät's offices, supplemented by certain field visits and the possibility of some remote work. There is also the opportunity to participate to a limited extent in construction inspections to maintain connection to execution. This role is primarily oriented toward transmission since most issues concern overhead lines. You primarily have responsibility for supporting programs and projects in the early stages with a focus on preparations ahead of the construction phase as well as review of documents and other construction-technical support in early project phases. Your work tasks include, among other things: - Coordinate construction-technical issues within and between programs, projects, and line operations. - Review technical documents in design documents and procurement documents from a construction perspective, before sending out requests for tender. - Act as a sounding board to projects and programs and discuss and participate in solutions to technical issues, such as sectioning, conductor routing, outage times, construction times, and procurement strategy ahead of the construction phase. - Furthermore, you participate in technical/design meetings and program meetings. You may also contribute to the development of new standard designs within Svenska kraftnät's standard tower family with a focus on the construction perspective. The units currently consist of just over 20 employees and approximately 30 consultants, several of whom are among the country's most experienced in construction management of power lines. Operations are geographically divided into North and South, where your duty station mainly determines which unit you belong to. The units are responsible for construction inspection in the renovation and new construction of overhead lines. Here you are offered good opportunities for development and together with your colleagues you get to contribute to Sweden's green transition.
