WORK TASKS As MAR, you are responsible for ensuring good and safe rehabilitation within the municipality's health and medical care. You work on behalf of the board and operations management and have overall responsibility for quality and patient safety within the rehabilitation field. Your work tasks include, among other things: · Ensure that rehabilitation measures are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations · Develop, follow up, and ensure the quality of rehabilitation processes · Develop and implement guidelines, procedures, and working methods · Follow up on deviations, investigate incidents, and contribute to improvement work · Provide support to the operations' managers and licensed personnel · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders The assignment also includes responsibility for the municipality's central meeting place. You will: · Be the direct manager of meeting place staff and activity coordinators · Collaborate with associations, volunteer organizations, and other partners · Contribute to the development of the municipality's meeting places and gathering spaces · Work to strengthen social community, participation, and preventive health · Follow up on the operations' goals, results, and quality QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: - Is a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist - Has experience with rehabilitation in municipal health and medical care - Has good knowledge of health and medical care legislation and relevant regulations - Has experience with quality, development, and change management work - Is used to working independently and in a structured manner - Enjoys a role where you combine quality, development, and operational work. Clinica Vintersol is a rehabilitation facility on southern Tenerife, designed primarily for people with neurological and rheumatological diseases as well as psoriasis. We have 71 rooms with up to 100 inpatient beds and an outpatient department serving approximately 40-50 patients daily during winter, most with neurological or rheumatic diseases. Our patients come mainly from Norway or Sweden, with many financed by the Norwegian Rikshospitalet, though other nationalities including Spanish, German, English, and Italian are also represented.
