About the assignment In the role of senior data coordinator, you will work with one of our clients in Stockholm and be an important part of exciting and complex projects. The assignment involves managing large amounts of technical documentation, which places high demands on structure, quality, and coordination. The most important thing for you to succeed in the role of senior data coordinator is that you have a few years of experience working on large, complex assignments and experience from project organizations. About the assignment As a KMA coordinator with responsibility for project administration, you have a central role in the project organization and work closely with project management and production. You coordinate and follow up on the project's KMA work while ensuring structure, quality, and order in the project's administrative processes and documentation. Your work tasks will consist of: Coordinate and follow up on the project's KMA work. Responsible for project document management, including registration, distribution, and follow-up of documents, drawings, and minutes. Follow up on deviations, internal controls, safety inspections, and KMA key figures. Coordinate project meetings, invitations, agendas, and minutes. Support project management and production in daily project work. Administer change order work, deviations, and other project-related matters. Ensure that the project's administrative procedures and KMA requirements are complied with. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is thorough, structured, and self-driven. About the Position Teaching takes place in the evenings, 5:30 PM–7:00 PM. You need to be able to work 3 evening shifts per week, preferably Monday–Thursday between 4:30 PM–7:30 PM.
