Customer Service Representative at Recycling Center

We are continuously looking for people who want to work as Customer Service Representatives at our facilities. We are looking for staff who want to work both full-time and part-time. We don't see waste as an endpoint, but as the beginning of something new. As a customer service representative with us, you are flexible between different work locations; Stockholm's recycling centers in Bromma and Lövsta, Återbruket in Rinkeby, and mobile recycling centers. You will be the face of our organization and the most important link in our pursuit of a circular economy. Your main responsibilities: Welcome and guide: You meet visitors and help them sort correctly so that materials can be recycled optimally. Maximize reuse: You have an eye for what can be saved! You identify items and materials that can go to reuse instead of recycling. Inform and inspire: You spread knowledge about the circular economy and explain the importance of reducing waste. Facility maintenance: Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the station is safe, clean, and welcoming. Who are you? We are looking for someone who wants active outdoor work and who thrives with a fixed schedule. We place the greatest emphasis on your personality: You are service-oriented and have a teaching ability. You have a genuine interest in the environment and sustainability. You are a reliable team player who takes responsibility for the whole. You speak and understand Swedish fluently. Previous experience from a Recycling Center or service professions is a merit; we will provide the training you need. If you also speak other languages and have a driver's license, this is a strong merit but not a requirement.
