In primary care, we are the hub of the patient's care and we work with a focus on continuity; therefore, care coordination and fixed care contacts are central. The tasks included in the work as a clinic nurse include, among other things, advice, digital and by phone, coordination and booking, emergency clinic services, and clinic visits. During scheduled clinic hours, you handle things such as wound dressing changes, care of central catheters, central access devices and stomas, as well as medication administration.
