You are responsible for identifying and analyzing overarching trends and risk areas, and for proposing measures based on reported occupational health and safety incidents in our deviation management system. You report to the Head of Occupational Health and Safety for Ragn-Sells Sweden. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a degree in occupational health and safety engineering, a higher education degree in chemistry or similar, and 3–5 years of experience working with chemical hazards in the workplace. You have knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, physical and chemical risks, and ISO 45001. You are well versed in laws and requirements, interpretation and application within the entire physical and technical work environment. You have pedagogical skills as information and training initiatives are part of the role. You have an interest in deviation management. You are a communicative team player who works equally well in teams as independently. It is important that you have the ability to independently perform and complete work tasks. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. The role involves business travel, so you need to have a driver's license (category B) and be able to travel regularly, as the role supports our regions in the South.
