About the job
We're now looking for you to become part of our great team at Willys Södertälje Weda, and who can work extra when needed. The perfect job for you if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. In short, the position means that you contribute to our customers being able to shop for good and sustainable food at really good prices.
Position: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 16 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (speaking and writing).

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it.

About you

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
