Property Caretaker
AB Jokkmokkshus is a municipality-owned property management company consisting of 566 apartments and approximately 7,700 m2 of commercial spaces. The properties are located in Jokkmokk, Vuollerim, and Porjus. The company has 11 employees, of whom 7 are property caretakers. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who is responsible, thorough, has good service orientation, can work independently as well as in a team, has a sense for practical problem-solving, and shows good initiative. A B-class driver's license and fluent Swedish in both speech and writing are required. Your responsibilities The duties consist of internal and external property maintenance, rounds, and more. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues. Scope of employment Permanent full-time position, start date by agreement. A six-month probationary period may apply.
